It looks like the ubiquitous .com may soon be joined by a whole host of new domain suffixes. The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) plans to accept applications for new domain endings from next year. Before you get too excited (note: you should get out more if this gets you too excited) the applications are expected to cost a whopping £114,000 per domain suffix!
