Overview
Each year, BGB enter themselves in the FT and Sunday Times, Great Places to Work competition. This requires them to answer a series of questions on a word document relating to work at BGB and the initiatives the company introduces to ensure they are a 'Great Place to Work'. It is very important for the profile of the company with regard to their recruitment and their staff morale, that they retain this accolade.
BGB asked Enigma to “add weight” to their entry, and so, rather than simply fill in the Word Document series of questions, we produced an illustrative scrapbook where their staff could “bring their answers to life”
The scrapbook proved popular with the judges and the BGB employees. BGB retained their top 10 status as a Great Place to Work and commissioned a coffee-table style book which BGB employees could own.
The employee version proved very popular and copies sold for £5.00 each time to benefit a local charity. The scrapbook also picked up awards thanks to its pioneering use of Metal FX print technology.
