Overview

Creditlook came to the market in 2010 with the innovative concept of creating an online Credit forum to allow members of trade associations and industry groups to see and share information about their customers who may be trading outside of their agreed payment terms.

Creditlook identified that traditional credit reference agencies were unable to provide relevant, up to the minute information about potential trading patterns within companies that could lead to bad debt. Traditional agencies could only provide historical data, often hopelessly out of date that was unable predict potential future behaviour.

The first task for our development team was to build a secure, intuitive, easy to use online platform that would not only allow their members to see and share this data 24/7 but to also permit a variation of user rights, enable tailored functionality for members and deliver in depth reporting. As an annual subscription service, Creditlook also required the functionality to allow members to sign up, make payments, change service levels and renew online.

Enigma were assigned to create a brand identity and develop a communications strategy to build awareness within the trade association and industry body heads as well as the member audience. During this time we supported Creditlook with the development of their website, creation of video content and on line demos, collaterals, branding materials for event marketing, direct marketing and social media.

Enigma continues to build on the success of the initial launch campaigns and is working strategically with Creditlook to develop relationships with wider partner audiences and member recruitment through continued direct communications, partner marketing and events whilst building awareness and influence through brand and social media promotion.
