Overview

The Gherkin is one of London’s most unique landmarks. Hitachi Data Systems wanted to have Christmas dinner there with key clients at Searcys and we were tasked with managing the invitations and registrations for the event. Sponsors included Avnet, Cisco, Zyck and Mahiki nightclub.

Attracting C-Level attendees can be a challenge but sometimes all you need is a flash location, strong message and simple invitation. The resultant email activity and registration page reflected the prestige of an exclusive event at a premiere London venue with creative that highlighted the breathtaking City views on offer.  Enigma managed all aspects of the registration process including delivering printed tickets, through to a table plan and name badges.  No job or aspect of the event management was too small and our management allowed Hitachi Data Systems to focus on recruitment.

The event was a huge success and continued onto Mahiki’s Mayfair nightclub (a famous haunt of celebrities and celebrity-watchers alike).
