Overview
Integralis were hosting an event to discuss the future of IT security and Innovation. Having decided on the London Science Museum as their ideal venue, the company asked us to create the branding and identity for the event as well as manage all communications - including invitations and registrations - to maximise impact and attendance.
Firstly, we created an identity that not only reflected the futuristic nature of a cutting-edge IT event but also the uniqueness of the venue. With the identity agreed we were tasked with creating an engaging communications campaign to generate interest and attendance to the event by targeting IT professionals with a series of personalised email communications driving response to a bespoke registration micro site.
The campaign generated a great deal of interest. On its first day the micro site recorded a hit every 3 seconds. From 493 registrations we achieved our target of 100-150 attendees, with over 150 attending on the day, many then continuing on to an after-show party at Phene in Chelsea.
As the result of a successful day, Integralis have already planned a series of similar events to take place throughout 2012.
