Overview

Xerox wanted to expand business within the MEA region.

So we helped to create a new channel for doing business, expanding the existing direct sales model to include indirect reseller channels.

We created a channel program for the MEA region; we researched existing competitor programs, liaised with local agents, identified and recruited new channel partners, devised and hosted channel partner events, created engaging communications, incentive programs and developed ongoing channel collateral. We also helped Xerox own employees to make the paradigm shift from direct to indirect sales.

After a range of face-to-face partner engagements, our first Xerox channel partner event in the UAE region was attended by 133 partners of 150 invitees.

Xerox gained over a hundred new active resellers recruited and signed a multi-million dollar deal with a new global account. Xerox continue to grow both the direct and indirect channels in the UAE.
